What is your Return Policy?
Error by V.E. Petersen Co., Inc.:
If an error has been made by the V.E. Petersen Co., Inc. on your shipment we must be notified within 10 business days. When contacting V.E. Petersen Co., Inc. you will need to provide the packing slip number and the description of the error. The correction of the error will be handled with no handling charge or restocking fee.
Error by the Customer:
Items ordered in error by the customer must be reported within 10 business days. Upon reporting an error you must provide the packing slip number and nature of the error. Upon receiving the necessary information, an RMA number will be provided. This RMA must accompany the returned merchandise. Return freight is the customer’s responsibility. Restock Fees are 10% on stock items, and 15% on special order items.
Notice: Items returned without an RMA number will be returned at the customer’s expense.
How can we get a copy of V.E. Petersen’s Promotions?
Specials, Promotions, etc. are available under the Promotions sections for you to view and download.
Can I obtain and Open Account with V.E. Petersen Co., Inc.?
Please fill out the Dealer Application form and fax it to the number listed for consideration.
Can I obtain electronic copies of price files?

Is online ordering available?
Online ordering is available to our current customer under the Customer Login section.
Can I obtain a username and password?
A Username and Password can be obtained by filling out the customer form on this website. Once completed, a Username and Password will be assigned to you.
What are your hours of operation?
We are available to assist you Monday thru Friday from 8am until 5pm EST. After those hours your questions, comments and orders may be submitted to our general email: info@vepetersen.com.
Will V.E. Petersen perform service work?
We do not perform service work.
What is your order cut-off time for shipping?
Orders placed by 3:00PM EST will normally ship the same day with the exception of large stock orders, which will ship the following business day.
